1. About the challenge

The 100 Days Health Challenge ("Challenge") is a non-commercial, community-run virtual fitness event organised by Sandeep Mall ("Organiser"). The Challenge runs for 100 consecutive days. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

2. Entry fee & payments

The entry fee is inclusive of GST and is non-refundable once paid. Payment is processed through Razorpay. The Organiser does not store your card or bank details. Prize amounts, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Organiser and may be subject to TDS as per applicable Indian tax law.

3. Data you provide

By signing up, you provide your name, email, date of birth, gender, and optionally your phone number, address, T-shirt size, social profile URLs, and a profile photo. This data is used solely to operate the Challenge: category assignment, leaderboard display, communication, and prize fulfillment.

Your name, profile photo, category, and points are visible on the leaderboard to other logged-in participants. Your email, phone, address, and date of birth are never shown publicly.

4. Activity data & screenshots

You upload activity screenshots from fitness apps as proof of your declared activity. These screenshots are stored in a private storage bucket, accessible only to you and to admins for review purposes. Screenshots may be processed by an AI system to cross-check declared values against visible data. No screenshot is shared publicly or with third parties.

5. Fair play & disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to review any submission, adjust points, or disqualify a participant for misdeclaration of activity, manipulation of screenshots, impersonation, or any conduct the Organiser deems unfair. Decisions are final. Top finishers may be required to verify their age and gender before receiving prizes.

6. Health disclaimer & assumption of risk

Participation involves physical activity. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any health concerns. The Organiser, its partners, and Sandeep Mall are not liable for any injury, illness, or health event arising from your participation. You participate entirely at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, Sandeep Mall, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or prize availability. In no event shall the Organiser's liability exceed the entry fee paid by you.

9. Modification of terms

The Organiser may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
